Step-by-step cooking
Delicious cheese straws are perfect for tea, for lovers it is also possible for beer ;) You can even try to put it in a salad or soup instead of crackers, or just eat it with soup or salad =)
So, the recipe ...
Take cheese and butter and grate on a fine grater and mix thoroughly.
Add salt, milk and lemon zest there and mix well again.
Now sift flour into our mixture and knead the elastic dough. Roll it out into a layer about half a centimeter thick and cut into strips of arbitrary size - thicker and shorter, or thinner and longer =)
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread our stripes on it. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Depends, of course, on the size of the sticks.
Now the most important thing is to cool down and eat =)
