To make a sponge cake, divide the eggs into whites and yolks.We put the proteins in the refrigerator.
Divide the sugar into two equal portions.Mix half with the yolks and vanilla, take the proteins out of the refrigerator and whisk at a slow speed in a combine to foam, then gradually add the remaining sugar and whisk until stable peaks.
Add the whites to the yolks little by little, mix gently from the bottom up.Gradually add flour.
Pour the dough into a form greased with butter.Turn the shape clockwise so that there is no dome in the middle.
Bake the sponge cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 gr.without opening the door .
We cool the finished biscuit on the grill, then
cut in half.
Prepare the cream - beat all the ingredients with a mixer until thickened.
We put one cake in a mold, lubricate it well with cream, spread strawberries on top with a layer, cover it with cream again on top and put the second cake.
We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.The remaining cream too.
We take the cake out of the refrigerator, remove the mold and smear the cream around.
Decorate the top with jelly, strawberries.Sprinkle the sides of the cake with almond petals.
Sprinkle a little poppy seeds on top of the jelly.
