Step-by-step cooking
1. Mix water with vegetable and butter, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and immediately pour in the flour and beat with a mixer or blender.
2. Add one egg at a time to the cooled mass and mix thoroughly. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
3. Apples are washed, cleaned, removed the core and cut into thin slices. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
4. Put half of the custard dough into a mold lined with oiled paper, smooth it out. Put the apples on top of the dough and sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar mixture with cinnamon. Spread the remaining dough on top, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
5. Bake the tortilla in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
