Step-by-step cooking
Peel the carp, remove the insides, gills, wash thoroughly. Make incisions on both sides.
Peel the onion, cut into rings, and strain in a frying pan until transparent (so that the bitterness comes out).
In a bowl, mix paprika, rosemary, salt, garlic squeezed through a press, salt, vegetable oil and diced tomato.
We put foil on a baking sheet, onions on foil, fish on onions, smear the fish on all sides with our dressing, put most of it in the abdomen.
Wrap in foil and send to the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
Then open the foil, and brown on top of the ignition! Bon appetit!
