Step 1:
Cook the rice until it is half cooked. Cut and fry the onion. Mushrooms are cut and fried with the addition of garlic.
Step 2:
Mix everything and add salt.
Step 3:
Cut the meat, chop it off.
Step 4:
Salt, pepper, season.
Step 5:
Put a spoonful of minced meat in the middle of each chop,
Step 6:
Form bags and tie with a thread.
Step 7:
We put the bags on a baking sheet and in a preheated oven (180C). If the meat is too dry, you can wrap strips of fat.
