Step-by-step cooking
1. Put put a saucepan with a thick bottom on the fire. Pour half a portion of sugar (60 g) into a saucepan, let it melt. As soon as the sugar begins to melt, immediately pour in the second part of it. Do not stir, just shake the pan.
As soon as the caramel is cooked, remove the pan from the heat, pour the hot cream carefully into it. Put it back on the stove, stir with a whisk until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
2. Add the butter and stir.
3. Stir until the oil is completely dissolved and a smooth caramel structure is formed.
4. Pour the creamy caramel into a cool bowl, pour out all the flour and brown sugar at once. Knead the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
5. We'll start doing it in the morning. Preheat the oven to 180C. Roll out the dough, 0.5 cm thick.
Cut out rectangles, press slightly in the middle, and press points (one, two, three, etc.) along the edges according to the domino type. Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven!
