Lazy Napoleon cake with condensed milk

A very fast way to make everyone's favorite cake! Very easy. In the original, this cake is called "Napoleon in the form of", but since it's too easy to make it, I called it "lazy with condensed milk". The taste of Napoleon did not suffer, and it is much easier and faster to make it than according to the classic recipe. For the very busy, you can advise not to bake the dough, but to make a cake from puff pastry such as tongues. It will turn out even faster, and the effect of the cake will be the same.

Defrost the puff pastry and cut into squares with a side of 2-3 cm .
Spread out the dough squares on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other.
Bake the dough pieces until bright browning at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Remove the squares from the oven, cool, pour into a bowl.
Mash the baked dough a little so that about a quarter of the volume crumbles into pieces.
Boil the milk in a saucepan, put the condensed boiled milk, bring, with constant stirring, until the condensed milk is completely dissolved.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and flour.
Pour the egg mixture into a saucepan with milk and bring to a thickening.
The cream should take the form of thick semolina porridge.
Put the butter in the hot cream and stir so that the butter is evenly distributed.
To get a more delicate texture of the cream, you can beat it with a mixer.
Pour the slightly cooled cream into a bowl with baked dough squares.
Mix.
Cover the form with foil.
Lay out the cake mass, lightly tamping it so that there are no air cavities.
Cool the cake to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator.
After 2-3 hours, remove the cake from the mold and release it from the foil.
Sprinkle the cake with cookie crumbs. Lazy Napoleon is ready!
