Step-by-step cooking
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: sugar, flour with baking powder, van.sugar.
Beat the eggs separately. Add them little by little to the dry mixture. Also pour in min. water, oil. We get a homogeneous dough at the output.
Take the form, cover it with paper, pour the dough into it, spread the plums on top in halves, pressing them slightly. I took along with plums and blackthorn.
In a preheated 180-190 degrees bake a pie until ready for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
