Step-by-step cooking
Remove the core from the apple.
Roll out the test, cut out the square. We put an apple filled with cinnamon and sugar on it. We pinch the ends of the dough and form such a bag. We make it out with leaves.
Lubricate with beaten egg yolk and put in the oven, heated to 180-190 degrees.
