Pour the yeast into a glass of warm water and let it stand in a warm place until a foam cap is formed.
Sift flour into a bowl, mix it with salt, pour yeast.
Add butter and knead the dough, soft and elastic.
Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl, greased with oil. Lubricate the dough surface with oil. Cover the bowl with a film and keep it in a warm dark place for an hour and a half.
When the dough rises twice, we crumple it, roll it into a rectangular layer.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and dill.
Fold the edges of the rectangle to the center. And again. The edges are pinched in the middle.
Put the loaf on a baking sheet with baking paper.
We make longitudinal incisions on the loaf, lubricate it with yolk, whipped with water. Let it stand for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180-190 gr. We put dishes with boiling water on the bottom of it. The walls of the oven are sprayed with water from a spray bottle.
Put the loaf in the oven on the middle level. Bake for half an hour or 20 minutes.
