Step-by-step cooking
While we are preparing the dough, you can turn on the oven and warm it up to 180 degrees.
In warm milk, we breed yeast and add flour (no more than a hundred grams). Stir gently and keep warm for half an hour.
Then knead the dough from sourdough, eggs, flour, sugar (50 g), lemon zest. Let it stand for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough one centimeter thick.
Butter (softened) 150 grams cut into pieces, grind with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Lubricate the dough layer with the resulting mixture and roll it into a roll. After the roll is cut into eight or nine pieces.
We put the rolls in a greased form so that they touch each other. And bake for about 45 minutes in the oven.
When the Rose pie is ready, grease it with butter mixed with sugar on top.
