Orange cupcake pie with semolina and meringue

Step-by-step cooking
Grate the orange zest. Squeeze out the juice (you will get about 50-70 ml).
Vanillin dissolve in 1 tbsp.a spoonful of cognac.
Rub butter with vanilla and sugar.
Beat the eggs into the butter, mix.
Pour in the juice and orange zest, mix again.
Add flour, milk powder, baking powder and knead the uncool dough.
Put the dough into a greased vegetable oil mold, sprinkle with semolina (fill the mold with 2/3).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Switch the oven temperature to 150 degrees and leave there for another 20 minutes.
Take the cupcake out of the oven, cool it.
The cupcake can be covered with protein, whipped with sugar and put in the oven for a few more minutes so that the meringue dries.
