Step-by-step cooking
The amount of flour is selected so that the dough has a bread consistency - very thick cream. Warm bread is so delicious with fresh kefir or fresh milk or other food according to your taste and mood. The recipe for a warm bread was told to me by a friend who spends a lot of time baking bread. First, I sift the flour through a sieve into a huge bowl, I also pour two teaspoons of salt and sunflower oil into it. I dissolve yeast in warm water. When they are completely dissolved, I pour into the dry mixture and knead the dough with my hands for about five minutes, sometimes a little more. I will stir the mask with the dough into a plastic mock-up, which I tie, and I also wrap an old jacket on top. After an hour and a half, I knead again and give another couple of hours to stand in a warm place. When I knead the dough, I do not forget to press it down to release the resulting carbon dioxide. This is a common instilled bread dough preparation. Then I shift the dough into bread molds or just manually form small oblong loaves. I cover it with a clean towel and let it stand for another hour. I warm up the oven to 180 C and bake bread for about an hour. I let him cool down a little and eat, not forgetting to share with the guests if they descended.
