Cooking method
Making the dough for the cake. Mix soft margarine, chicken eggs, granulated sugar. Then add milk, baking powder with wheat flour and honey 150 ml. Beat this mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Cover the baking dish with oiled parchment. Spread the dough evenly and sprinkle with almond petals. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. The readiness of the cake is determined using a wooden toothpick. While the cake is in the oven, we prepare the syrup. In a small saucepan, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with lemon juice and boil this mixture for about 5 minutes on low heat. The syrup should thicken. Fill the cake with syrup. Before serving, the almond cake should be soaked for 2 hours. Have a nice tea party!
