In order to bake this cupcake, first we pour the washed and dried brandy raisins and let it brew for about half an hour. Now mix nuts, candied fruits and lemon juice. In another bowl, combine butter, lemon zest, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, then gradually add flour, then raisins, candied fruits with nuts, ginger. After that, knead the dough. We take the form, cover it with parchment and spread the dough evenly. Then put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. After this time, we take the cupcake out of the oven, turn the mold onto a dish and serve it to the table.
