Cooking method
Recently brought me a small present from Kamchatka in the form of a local fish, a frozen coho. Without thinking twice, I found a culinary recipe suitable for me to eat from this fish and cooked a catfish baked in the oven. Now I will share with you the way of cooking this dish. We start by defrosting our fish, peeling off the scales, removing the gills, gutting and thoroughly rinsing in running water. Now we take a sharp knife and cut the fish from both sides as into portions, but not to the end. After that, we salt and pepper the fish to your taste inside and out. Now we wash the tomatoes and lemons well, cut them into thin circles, if the tomato is large, you can cut the circles in half. Now we insert one slice of tomato and lemon into the incisions made earlier. After that, we transfer our fish to a pre-greased baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. After this time, we transfer the fish to a dish, pour lemon juice and serve it to the table! Bon appetit!
