Mix together softened butter, condensed milk, sour cream and beat until smooth with a mixer. Add cocoa, stir. Pour the soda extinguished with lemon juice, mix.
Now pour in a little flour, stirring until smooth. It may take less than 200 grams. The dough should be moderately thick, slightly thicker than sour cream.
Now put one third of the dough into a form with parchment, line with a spoon and bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) 10 minutes. The same with the other two parts. You will get 3 cakes, cool them.
Now, if desired, this cake can be soaked with any cream. I love cream on boiled condensed milk. To do this, you just need to beat the varenka and butter with a mixer. If you prefer sour cream, you can make it. Only for sour cream cream, it is better to pre-drain the sour cream. That is, put in a fine sieve and leave overnight in the refrigerator. When such sour cream is whipped, it becomes like a lush cloud. The cream turns out to be very tasty.
By the way, cakes can be layered with pieces of fresh fruits and berries interspersed with cream.
Coat all the cakes with cream, sides and top too. The cake can be decorated at will - or with cream from cond.bag, or powder such as coconut or chocolate chips. Let it soak for at least 3 hours (it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight).
