Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and put them in hot water. Cook until boiling, then salt, reduce the heat and cook for another half hour. Drain the mushrooms through a colander and let drain. Then cut into strips, and cut the onion into cubes. Grate cheese and carrots on a coarse grater. We put a frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil, heat it. Then pour the onion with mushrooms, lightly fry. Add the ham cut into strips and fry again. It's good if the ham is covered with a beautiful crust. Pour in the carrots here, simmer for another five minutes. Boil cannelloni in boiling salted water, let them drain. After filling each one and putting it into the mold in dense layers. If there is minced meat left, spread it on top, and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven and bake for five minutes at 180 degrees.
