Step-by-step cooking
To begin with, we wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into small pieces. Now we take the mushrooms (I used champignons), wash them, pour boiling water over them and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Now fry the onion and mushrooms in oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Then add flour to them and fry the whole mass. After that, we take a deep baking sheet, lubricate it with oil, spread the potatoes evenly on it. On top, we also evenly stack the prepared champignons and onions. Now pour all this cream, salt and pepper to taste. Now we put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake until ready for about 30 minutes.
