Step-by-step cooking
If a carp accidentally swam into your refrigerator, then do not puzzle over what kind of food to cook from it. Crucian carp, like any other fish, is cooked quickly, but many cannot eat fried fish because of fat content or for medical reasons. But you can bake fish in different ways. In this culinary recipe, crucian carp is offered to bake in culinary foil. Also a good way. Of course, with such baking, a crispy crust is not formed, but the fish turns out to be tender, and, at the same time, not boiled.
Gut the fish and peel off the scales. Then we wash it very well and dry it with paper towels. Grease a baking sheet or frying pan with vegetable oil, and spread the prepared fish.Salt, pepper and sprinkle with any spices as desired. Sprinkle finely chopped pieces of bacon on top of the carcass. We cover the form with foil. In order for the fish not to dry out during cooking, every ten minutes we pour it with the sauce formed during baking. Bake the crucian for 35-40 minutes. While it is cooking, boil the potatoes. Mix it with butter and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
