Before we knead the dough, we need to take care of the filling. Fry half a kilo of minced meat with finely chopped onion. Boil the rice until it is half cooked, but if this could not be done, then fully cooked rice will also do. Boil 3 eggs, finely chop and mix with rice and minced meat, salt, pepper. And now we knead the dough. Yeast is mixed with a tablespoon of sugar, add 2-3 tablespoons of warm water and leave in a warm place to fit. In the meantime, melt the margarine, pour warm milk into it, add the yeast and flour that have come up. Salt and add the egg. Knead the dough, at the very end you need to pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. We put it in a warm place for literally half an hour. We make pies closed and bake them at a temperature of 200 degrees.
