Step-by-step preparation
Let's start cooking. Rub the margarine with sugar to a fluffy mass, then add a thick ready-made carrot puree. If there is no ready-made puree, it can be made by grating carrots on the smallest grater or in a blender. Then add flour, soda, salt, and vanilla to the resulting mass. Mix everything well. The dough should be rolled out with a rolling pin into a layer about 5-7 mm thick. We cut out the dough with the help of recesses of various shapes. We put the cookies on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven, preheated to 220-230 C. After fifteen to twenty minutes, the cookies should be ready. If desired, you can decorate the cookies by sprinkling it with powdered sugar. Everything is ready, we put the cookies on a dish, serve them to the table. How nice it is to treat your child for an afternoon snack with fresh homemade cookies.Bon appetit!
