Step-by-step cooking
Beef, cooked according to my mom's recipe, is a great meal for the festive table. Meat baked in this way always turns out to be very tasty and tender. We salt the beef fillet and beat it well. Put the chop in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry on both sides until cooked. We peel the washed potatoes and cut them into circles. In a separate bowl, fry the potatoes on both sides in any oil. The washed mushrooms are cleaned and cut into pieces, and then fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil, a few minutes before cooking, we introduce cream and simmer, stirring constantly. Put the beef chop on a sheet of foil, put the potatoes on top, and then - slightly chilled champignons. Sprinkle everything with salt and ground black pepper to taste. The edges of the foil are tightly clamped and put on a baking sheet, which we send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, before baking. Beef baked in foil is ready. Bon appetit!
