Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For sourdough: mix 110g flour, yeast and warm water and leave to warm for 4.5 hours. Add the remaining melted butter, sugar, salt, and protein to the dough. Add flour and mix. Knead the dough for 15 minutes with a dough mixer. Cover the dough with a film and leave for 2 hours.
Step 2:
For the filling, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add granulated sugar, chicken yolk, vanilla sugar, flour. All these ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Step 3:
Now we roll out the resulting dough into a bundle, cut it into about 8-12 identical pieces, roll them into balls and place them on a baking sheet smeared with fat or oil, let the dough balls stand for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
After this time, we make a recess in each ball with the bottom of the glass.
Step 5:
Then lubricate the edges of the cheesecakes with egg, and put the curd filling in the recess. After that, we give the cheesecakes to stand again for 10 minutes and then send them to a preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes.
