Step-by-step cooking
First, let's prepare the dough for the cake. To do this, wash and peel the carrot, and then grate it on a fine grater. Mix grated carrots with margarine, sugar, soda and salt. Then add vanilla and finally flour. Mix all these components and knead the dough.
Now that the dough is ready, divide it into two halves, preheat the oven and place the dough there to bake cakes.
In principle, boiled condensed milk is best suited for this cake, if there is no such, you can use jam and any jam – it's a matter of taste. How to cook condensed milk is a topic of a separate conversation and usually this operation is described in the manuals of saboteurs and is carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. (Of course it's a joke, but there is some truth in it.)
Smear the finished cakes with condensed milk or jam. On top of the cake you need to decorate with carrot slices and sprinkle with grated walnuts. Carrot cake is ready, bon appetit. Now you can surprise your guests with this delicious cake made from such an ordinary vegetable as carrots.
