First, let's prepare the dough for the cake. To do this, wash and peel the carrot, and then grate it on a fine grater. Mix grated carrots with margarine, sugar, soda and salt. Then add vanilla and finally flour. Mix all these components and knead the dough.
Now that the dough is ready, divide it into two halves, preheat the oven and place the dough there to bake cakes.
In principle, boiled condensed milk is best suited for this cake, if there is no such, you can use jam and any jam – it's a matter of taste.
