Chocolate cupcake with peanuts

Chocolate-nut cupcake is a great dessert and pastries for tea! I found a not very complicated culinary recipe – a Chocolate cupcake – in an Italian cuisine magazine when I was looking for something new to cook for Sunday tea. The beauty of it is that it prepares quickly. Only here there is one small nuance: the fact is that this food will only appear before you in all its splendor when it cools down properly. Or better: it will stand in the refrigerator overnight. Therefore, it should be cooked on Saturday evening (if you want to get Sunday tea).

Take a small saucepan and melt margarine in it. Then pour in cocoa, sugar and pour in milk. Keep on fire, stirring, until the mixture begins to boil. About eight tablespoons are immediately poured into a separate mug, and the rest is poured into a bowl. When the mass cools down, add soda, eggs beaten with a mixer (or just a whisk), flour, chopped fried peanuts. Mix well, put it in a pre-oiled form and bake for about 20 minutes.
It is better not to take the finished cupcake out of the mold (I did this), let it cool slightly and pour the postponed chocolate glaze. Then the cupcake can be put in the refrigerator – until the next morning. And in the morning, take it out of the mold and serve it to the table.
