First we make yeast dough. Take the butter and soften it. I advise you never to heat it in a water bath. It is better to leave it in the room, it will heat up, then it will need to be kneaded with a fork. Add brown sugar to it, a little salt. Pour in warm milk, break the eggs. Mix everything together. At the end we put flour and dry yeast. We leave the dough to reach under a towel in a warm place. During this time , we make the filling . It can be absolutely any, both sweet and not sweet. I love apple pies, so I used apples here too. I washed them, cleaned them, chopped them finely. I put them in a frying pan, sprinkled them with sugar and orange zest. I put it on fire for 20 minutes. Apples should be constantly stirred. The filling should be cooled before use. Get the dough. Cut into pieces and make them into pies with our filling. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put a pie of a round shape in the center, specially sculpt it. The others are around him. You should get a chamomile. Grease everything with egg on top. Bake in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 230 degrees. Sprinkle the finished pies with powdered sugar, and the central pie-the middle – with lemon zest. Enjoy your meal!
