Preparing shortbread dough. Mix the baking powder with flour, add butter and 100g sugar. We chop everything until it looks like large crumbs from bread. Add the egg yolk and sour cream. Knead the dough. We wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Peel the apples and cut into slices, cut the pumpkin pulp into thin plates. Add a little butter and 100g of sugar to a preheated frying pan, pour the pumpkin there, and after 15 minutes apples. Simmer everything for another 5 minutes, add cinnamon and a little vanilla. Remove the pan from the heat and let its contents cool.
Divide the dough into two uneven parts. We roll out most of it and put it on the bottom of a pre-lubricated mold. Pour the filling into the mold. A smaller part of the dough is cut into strips and decorate the top of the pie with them.
Beat the egg white with one spoonful of sugar and grease the pie with it.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 50 minutes.
Pumpkin and apple pie turns out to be extremely beautiful and fragrant!
