Beat the eggs with a mixer. As soon as the foam appears, add salt, sugar, vanilla.sugar, pour in cognac. Beat for about seven minutes to a high white foam.
Sift flour with baking powder, mix gently with eggs.
Dried apricots, raisins and candied fruits should be washed and dried in advance. Cut everything into cubes, cherry into two halves.
Add dried fruits with nuts to the dough.
Preheat the oven to 160gr. Grease the mold with oil. Put the dough into a mold and bake for one hour. Then the temperature should be increased to 180g and kept in the oven for 20 minutes. A golden crust should appear.
Cool the cupcake in the form for about five minutes, then take it out. Allow to cool already on the grill.
Personally, I covered the cupcake with nuts on top with lipstick.
