Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified products. Onions and carrots, if large, then take half, if the fruits are small, then you can take the whole. For chicken broth, take chicken legs or 3 chicken thighs. If there is an opportunity to take a homemade soup chicken, then it is better to use it. Fresh dill greens, you can take parsley or all together, to taste. The amount of noodles that will turn out will be suitable for a 3-liter pot.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash chicken legs under running cold water, remove the remaining feathers. If you adhere to the principles of a healthy diet, then the skin should be removed from them. Pour cold water over the hams, bring to a boil, drain the water and rinse the chicken. Pour cold water again (3 liters) and put on fire. Bring to a boil (remove the foam if necessary), turn down the heat and cook the chicken over medium heat for 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

To make noodles, sift flour into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt. Make a hole in the flour and break one egg into it. Knead the dough. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. The dough turns out to be steep and elastic. Remove the finished dough for 15-20 minutes in a warm place or leave it on the table next to the stove.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Finely chop the carrots and onions. Add chopped vegetables to the broth. Add salt. Wash the dill and finely chop it. Add half of the chopped dill to the soup - I do this according to my taste, I like to have boiled and fresh dill in the soup. Cook soup with vegetables for 15 minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

How are homemade noodles made for soup? Roll out the dough on the table into a very thin sheet, try to roll out as much as possible so that the dough turns out very thin. Leave the finished sheet on the table for 5 minutes so that it dries. Then roll the sheet into a loose roll and cut it very thinly.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Disassemble the finished noodles with your hands and spread them out on the table. Try not to tear the noodles, but to keep them long. If there are a lot of noodles for your taste, then you can save it for the next time - to do this, leave it on the table so that it dries. Then put it in a closing container for storage. Store in a dry, dark place.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the sliced potatoes to the soup. Cook for another 10 minutes. Taste the soup and add salt if necessary.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Get chicken legs out of the soup. Add the cooked noodles to the soup, mix so that they do not stick together. Boil the soup for 3 minutes and turn off the heating.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Let the finished soup brew for a few minutes and you can pour it on plates. Pour noodle soup into each plate, add chopped chicken meat and fresh dill greens.

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).

The amount of water specified in the recipe can be reduced or increased at your request, depending on whether you want to get a thick or more liquid soup.
