Step-by-step cooking
We are all familiar with the wonderful work of the Swedish writer Astrid Lindgren – "Carlson, who lives on the roof." Since childhood, this is my favorite book and I also love our Soviet cartoon very much!
And do you remember how Carlson stole buns from the housemother?)) It is quite possible that Miss Bok cooked them according to the following recipe. So, cinnamon buns.
Dilute yeast in some milk. Melt 120 grams of butter and add it to the yeast with milk. Next, knead the dough, adding 1 egg, 150 grams of sugar, cardamom and, of course, flour. Cover it, put it in a warm place for an hour.
After an hour, roll out the dough thinly, smear the layer with the melted remaining butter, sprinkle sugar with cinnamon on top. Roll up the roll and cut into pieces – buns. Put them on a baking sheet and leave them to come up for another hour. The buns should double in size. Beat the egg with 2 tablespoons of water, lubricate the buns with this mixture, put them in the oven and bake for 5 minutes at 220 degrees. We eat food with tea :)
