Step-by-step cooking
I want to share with you a cooking recipe that my mom once gave me. You will like it with its unforgettable taste. This food will be remembered by your stomach for a long time.
First of all, melt olive oil and butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Cut the onion into rings and send it to a saucepan, sprinkle with black allspice and fry until golden brown. Then sprinkle it with flour and fry for some more time (about 2-3 minutes). Then pour part of the broth into a saucepan and mix thoroughly until our mixture thickens. Stir in the broth and dry white wine until the onion absorbs all the liquid. Then add salt, pepper and tomato sauce to taste.
Then, preheat the oven to 250 C. We take the onion rings out of the soup and put them in four heat-resistant bowls. Put a piece of dried bread on top and pour the soup. We pour cheese on the bread. Then we send the bowls to the oven. As soon as the cheese melts, we immediately serve the soup on the table with the remains of the loaf. Instead of an oven, you can use a regular microwave (which I use). Here is our Dutch onion soup and ready.
Enjoy your appetite!
