Cooking method
I want to share a culinary recipe from Tatar cuisine. It's called gubadia. This is a kind of pie with meat, eggs and dried fruits. To do this, we need yeast dough. I always buy it in the store, but if you have the desire and time, then do it at home.We roll it out so that the diameter would be slightly larger than the dishes in which we will bake. be sure to lubricate the bottom with oil so that our food does not burn. The first layer we have is boiled rice, this is to make the pie soft and moist. Then boiled eggs, finely chopped. Then we put the minced meat, which you previously passed through a meat grinder along with onions. Then again fig. And now dried fruits. I take dried apricots, raisins and prunes. First you just need to rinse well and pour boiling water for a couple of minutes, so that all this would swell. Pour liquid butter over the whole filling. Close with the remaining dough. We pinch the edges well. Bake for about one hour. If you see that the top is browned but the pie is not ready, then just cover it with parchment paper.
