Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
So we put 7 eggs to cook eggs in an egg cooker,
Step 2:
And at this time we begin to make minced meat: we twist the meat in a meat grinder (the holes are the largest),
Step 3:
2 divide large onions by 4 (whatever you want)parts and pass them into a meat grinder, half a bunch of dill and parsley in the same place, cut into cubes 3 multi-colored halves of sweet pepper and add to the minced meat, drive in 2 eggs, salt to taste, you can pepper, who likes what, knead well so that the sweet pepper is evenly distributed in the minced meat.
Step 4:
Eggs are cooled, cleaned, cut in half. You can take 10 quail eggs and put them whole. I did it for the first time. Cut the green onions. We take the form and fill it with half of the minced meat, spread the eggs and sprinkle with green onions. Do not forget to add salt to the eggs and onions.
Step 5:
Cover with the remaining minced meat and decorate our creation with strips of puff pastry according to our imagination. Bake all this at a temperature of 200g for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
