Step-by-step cooking
So, first you need to turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Now we proceed to the preparation of the dough. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Stirring constantly, add a little sugar. We stir it until it completely dissolves. Then also gradually add flour, vanilla and baking powder, stirring again. The mass has become homogeneous and, in fact, the dough is already ready. We'll leave it for now. We take a small diameter, but deep frying pan without a handle. Cut out a circle of baking paper equal to the diameter of our frying pan, put it on the bottom. Next, we smear the bottom and edges of the pan with butter. This is necessary so that our pastries do not burn and after cooking it was easy to get out of the dishes. Now it's the turn of the apples. Cut the pre-washed fruits into medium-sized cubes and lay them in an even layer on the pan. We take our biscuit dough and fill the entire surface of the apples with an even layer as well. We put the frying pan in the already sufficiently preheated oven and wait for 30-40 minutes. During the cooking process, it will become more airy and softer. After the specified time, remove the charlotte from the oven and let it cool. Now you can put our charlotte on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
Our charlotte is ready, you can pour tea and start eating!
