Cooking method
There is an opinion that children themselves know what kind of food they need and are useful. Very young, maybe they know, but a teenager's nutrition should not be left without control, otherwise there will be no healthy products on the menu. For my daughter, I came up with the names of useful culinary recipes to replace with mysterious names. So unloved, in all variants, the fish turned into baked fish pudding. This dish is very easy to prepare. Cut the cod fillet into small pieces, put it in a saucepan, add 150 ml of water and simmer until tender. Next, the fish should be cooled and passed through a meat grinder. Attach the yolk and butter to the minced fish and knead well. Then gently introduce the whipped protein. We begin to prepare sour cream sauce. To do this, sifted flour is diluted in half a portion of cold fish broth, knead well so that there are no lumps. Gradually pour this mixture into the boiling broth, add sour cream and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Strain the sauce through a sieve and bring it to a boil again. We put the fish mass in a baking dish, greased with oil, pour sour cream sauce and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Baked fish pudding can be eaten, bon appetit!
