I found this recipe in old magazines that are stored in my parents' attic. It can be done at any time of the year, the main thing is that there would be cranberries. And it doesn't matter if it's fresh or frozen.

First make the dough.Well, probably you don't need to be taught how it is prepared. One thing I want to warn you, knead the soft. Put it in the refrigerator.

Your turkey is already cooked.Cut the meat into pieces, add sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped parsley. That's it, our filling is ready.

Take two thirds of the dough, roll it out and put it in a mold.Preferably in a deep one. Turkey on top. Press it down so well with a spoon. From the rest of the dough, make strips one centimeter wide and cover the dish from above. You make it look like a mesh, press the edges well.

Bake for twenty-five minutes. Then it should be cooled.

Now we're getting close to cranberry sauce. Take this sour berry, put it in a saucepan, add quite a bit of water, about four tablespoons and cook for five minutes. We don't need water. it can be drained. We also warm up cranberry jelly with orange juice and zest, which can be grated.

Put the berries in the cells, and pour our sauce over everything. The food should be served chilled.
