Step-by-step cooking
Very tasty and quick to prepare hot appetizer – julienne. And if you add a little more ham to the mushrooms, as I suggest in this recipe, then the food will turn out even more nutritious and delicious. Try julienne with ham.
Finely chop the champignons, cut the leeks into rings (only the light part), the thinner the better. Place the mushrooms and onions in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. While the mushrooms are cooking, cut the ham into small cubes. Turn on the oven, you will need it soon, preheated to 200 degrees.
Add the ham to the mushrooms and onions, simmer for another five minutes, do not forget to stir and add salt and pepper to taste. Now you can add sour cream, add salt, as for my taste sour cream requires more salt, stir and leave for another five to seven minutes. While the mushrooms and ham are cooking, you can prepare the cocotnice by greasing them with oil. Put the resulting mixture into the prepared cocotnice, rub the cheese on top, you can decorate with a piece of ham and safely put it in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and browns. Julienne with ham is ready, bon appetit!
