Cooking method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix chicken fillet, mozzarella cheese, tomato paste, liquid smoke and hot sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a layer 30 cm wide . Put the chicken and sauce on one half of the dough, leaving 2-3 cm from the edge. Roll the dough in half and fasten the edges of the circle.
Put the pie on a baking sheet and grease with olive oil on top. Sprinkle with parmesan. Use a fork or toothpick to make several holes so that steam comes out during baking and the dough does not swell. Bake for about 15 minutes so that the pie is covered with a golden crust.
While the pie is being prepared, prepare a sauce of blue cheese, sour cream and green onions.
Remove the pie from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce.
