Beat the egg lightly and mix with minced meat. Finely chop the canned tomatoes and add them to the minced meat. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the minced meat into the shape of bread and put it on parchment.
Prepare the glaze by mixing all the ingredients. Evenly cover the meat bread with icing. Bake in a preheated oven for about an hour.
The finished meat loaf can be cut into pieces and served on the table.
