Step 1:
Clean and prepare the fish for cooking.
Step 2:
In a mortar, carefully grind coriander, dry herbs, add 1 tsp salt.
Step 3:
Rub the fish with the resulting mixture from all sides, add black pepper.
Step 4:
While our fish absorbs all the spices, we cut onions into half rings.
Step 5:
Cut lemon into half rings.
Step 6:
We spread the onion on the foil.
Step 7:
Spread the second layer of lemon.
Step 8:
We spread our fish, which we fill abundantly with onion, lemon and parsley.
Step 9:
Cover the onion and lemon evenly on top.
Step 10:
Carefully wrap the foil and make several holes with a toothpick in the foil.
Step 11:
Put the fish in a convenient container and put it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and leave our fish in it to languish for another 10 minutes. We spread lettuce leaves on the dish, on which we place the finished fish.
Step 12:
Decorate our dish with sliced rings of tomatoes and bell pepper.
