Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Let's start cooking from the most familiar and necessary - knead the dough for lean pizza. Here we will need sunflower oil, water and flour, as well as salt and sugar. The dough does not have to come out thick. You can even make it thinner on purpose so that it is fluid. We don't need too much liquid either, so be careful. We put the kneaded dough with yeast somewhere in a warm place, sheltered from the Sun.
The ingredients for pizza are not specified in the composition because they can be anything, as long as they are not of animal origin. That is, vegetables, mushrooms, even fruits and berries are suitable for our lean pizza, but we will do without meat, eggs and fish.
Pour the risen dough (or spread it out, as it turns out) into a baking dish greased with sunflower oil. We distribute the test mass so that it takes up the entire form. We put the filling on top. If there is a desire and a suitable combination of ingredients, lubricate the surface of the pizza with lean mayonnaise.
Lean pizza is cooked in the oven from 20 minutes to half an hour, provided that you have previously allowed it to warm up.
