The fish cooked according to this culinary recipe is very much loved by my household. And I tried very tasty and tender food at a birthday party with friends. I recommend it to everyone – pink salmon baked with sauce in the oven. We wash the fish fillets, pour boiling water and boil until ready. Take out the pink salmon and filter the broth. Add wine so that the volume of the liquid is 400 ml. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. We pass the flour in melted margarine. Cool slightly and add fish broth. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Beat the egg yolk with cream and combine with the sauce. We continue to beat and warm up the mixture over low heat, without bringing it to a boil. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Dried salmon fillets are put into a baking dish, sprinkled with sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
