So. we start with the fact that we mash potatoes pre-cooked to readiness without peel. Then add the finished minced meat to the potatoes, salt and pepper the mass to your taste, add a couple of chicken eggs and mix our mass thoroughly. Now we take the sweet Bulgarian pepper, wash it, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Add the prepared pepper to the minced meat, mix well again. Now we take a baking dish, lubricate it with oil, put minced meat with pepper in it. We put the mold in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. After this time, the Bulgarian meatloaf is ready. We serve it to the table sliced cold or hot.
