Step-by-step cooking
I clean and release the salmon from the bones, cut the fillet into several pieces, pepper and salt, and then lightly fry in a frying pan. I liberally lubricate the frying pan with butter, on which I spread the pieces of fish, and on top - the onion fried to a golden color. I grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar. I pour the sauce over the food and bake it in the oven at medium power. I carefully monitor the preparation of fish and, if necessary, adjust the power of the oven. Ready-made sugar salmon baked in the oven with cheese on weekdays sprinkle with chopped herbs, and I serve it to the festive table decorated with sprigs of parsley and dill. Not just delicious, but also very beautiful food, suitable for any celebration and for any company. A friend of mine shared a recipe for sugar salmon with me, who is simply delighted with the fish. As soon as she cooks it, even the boiled fish at her table tastes excellent. I often ask her for another culinary recipe, especially if I bought it on the occasion of a fish with which I don't even know what to do. And she willingly helps out not only me, but also our mutual friends with her fish secrets.
