Step 1:
How to make pickle cookies? Prepare the required ingredients. It does not matter which brine you will use: from purchased cucumbers or from those that you twisted yourself for the winter. The taste of the cookies will be almost the same (unless the brine has a persistent garlic smell).
Step 2:
In a separate bowl, mix cucumber brine, sugar and sunflower oil.
Step 3:
Add flour mixed with baking soda and knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Flour may take a little more or a little less. Let the dough lie under the film for a while. Instead of soda, you can use baking powder.
Step 4:
Roll out the dough on the work surface of the table into a layer 0.6-0.7 mm thick and cut out curly cookies from it. If you don't have special molds, you can use a regular glass and make round cookies.
Step 5:
Bake in an oven heated to 180-170 degrees for 15-20 minutes - until the cookies turn pink. If you like a drier one, hold it for a while. The temperature and baking time depend only on your oven, be guided by it. When the cookies are browned, take them out and cool them.
Step 6:
You can sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar. Its taste is no different from ordinary cookies (except that it tastes better). Brine, as I understand it, is used here for friability, and it does its job! Bon appetit!
