Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the simplest products. Immediately turn on the oven to warm up at 180 degrees.
Step 2:
In a deep bowl, break the eggs. A pinch of salt and beat lightly with a whisk.
Step 3:
Now add sugar and beat everything well with a mixer or whisk.
Step 4:
It is necessary for the mass to increase 3-4 times.
Step 5:
Mix flour with baking powder and sift.
Step 6:
Gradually add flour to our sugar-egg mass and gently mix with a spatula. Movements "bottom-up ". Thus, we mix all the flour.
Step 7:
Take the form in which we will bake the cake. It can be silicone, ceramic, glass, typhoon... Whichever one you like. I have a round ceramic mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters. It needs to be lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour - we make a so-called "French shirt". If you have a silicone mold, it does not need to be lubricated with anything.
Step 8:
Carefully pour the dough into the mold. In washed and dried apricots, remove the seeds and cut into small segments. We stack the slices on top in a spiral - it will be so beautiful. We put the pie in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. But it's better to keep an eye on the pie, everyone's ovens are baked differently. You can try the readiness "on a dry splinter ". That is, a splinter or a toothpick should come out of the finished cake dry.
Step 9:
Here's the finished pie! The fragrance is simply amazing! Let it cool down a little and put it on a nice big dish!
Step 10:
Such a pie can be prepared with apricots, peaches, plums... With what you love.
Step 11:
Bon appetit!
This pie can be made with any fruit - berries. The amount of sugar is also at your discretion.
Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
