Oatmeal has long been considered one of the healthiest cereals. It can be used to make porridge, a side dish, the famous oatmeal gingerbread and cookies, pancakes, I even have a recipe for oatmeal cutlets. And it will not be difficult for anyone to cook Oatmeal bread. Moreover, such bread will be a very pleasant addition to any meal. To do this, combine oat flakes and dry yeast in a bowl. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly, then pour warm water into a bowl and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes, you can cover it with a lid, and put a folded towel on top of it. After it has cooled down and swells a little, gradually add the pre-sifted wheat flour to the bowl, mix well and knead the viscous dough. After that, we divide our dough into two equal parts. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and as soon as it warms up, reduce the heat to 180 degrees. Then, we cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put one part of our mass there, and form an oblong bread. We bake our bread for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Oatmeal bread is ready!
