Step 1:
Yeast and sugar were added to warm (not HOT) milk. Gave yeast so to speak "to come to life", added butter and flour. I kneaded not a steep dough.

Starting from the bottom edge, the roll began to collapse".(not tight!) It's best to pinch the edges, otherwise some of my cheese has leaked out.
Step 6:
Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let them stand for 10 minutes. Lubricate with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 15-20 minutes.
