First you need to cook the syrup. To do this, take a small saucepan. Pour water into it. Put it on the fire. Heat it up. When the water boils, add sugar or honey. Cook, stirring, until thickened. The pumpkin needs to be cleaned from seeds and peel. Then cut into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan with syrup. Mix it up. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook the pumpkin in syrup for five minutes. Pull out the pumpkin with a slotted spoon. Put it on the form in which you will bake. Put it in the oven for half an hour. The baking temperature should be 180 degrees. The pumpkin should become a beautiful golden color. Remove from the oven. Let the pumpkin baked with sugar in the oven cool down a little. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar. That's all. You can serve it to tea instead of sweets or eat it just like that. Bon appetit!
